Who is invited: One (1) IFPS Focal Point from invited CR and SR offices.
Why: OCWWS will be co-sponsoring a GFE/IFPS methodology workshop. The workshop will focus on issues with spin toward the practical sharing of information.

Actions for attendees prior to the meeting:
1) Due Date: Feb 3, 2003: Please let your contact know the name of the workshop participant. An email is fine.
2) Due Date: Feb 17, 2003: Please make hotel reservations by Febuary 17, 2003. Hotel and travel information is at end of agenda.
3) Due Date: Feb 24, 2003: The success of the workshop will depend heavily on the active participation of the attendees. We are discovering together how to make best use the GFE. Please select you best local IFPS methodology or practice from your office and be prepared to discuss it. We are requesting that each office bring a slide or two to explain your best practice and show an example. E-mail this to Brian and your regional focal point by Monday Feb 24. Brian will include these slides on the workshop web site.
4) Bring a local methodology training guide copy if available.
